i guess there was nothing much to post about in the past few days.so, i was talking to shiing on thursday, and it seemed like she really had a lot of stuff on her hands. no one is helping her. yes, even though she is the captain, and she has the responsibility and stuff, but the vice-capts shld also try to shoulder some responsibility. sometimes, i feel that the sec 1s and 2s are trying to separate themselves frm the rest of the shooters, and hide themselves in their own little holes. as everyone can see, the sec 2 riflers are doing very well. like jia ning and jacqueline. they are shooting like 380+, which i think is great. but the fact that they dun open up and lack team spirit is sth to worry abt. given the situation now, with the sec 3s and sec 4s closely-knitted, and the sec 1s and 2s separated frm the rest of the club, nysc will fall apart soon, in two to three years time.and there is the problem of the coach having favourites. like, when she spotted the potential in zhiping, she was a bit too...obvious and handled it in a way that the other sec 1 riflers werent very happy wif. coach 'shoved' the other sec 1s aside just to let zhiping train. i saw wif my own eyes, when zhiping arrived at 4pm, coach was so eager and anxious to let her train that she rushed straight to the armoury to take out her gun for her, and in the meantime, ask her to quickly put on her suit. then getting into the range, she asked xue ying to change to lane 11, which as everyone noes, does not even have any target card at all! i really hate the coach's attitude. and nysc will end up like hcsc sooner or later. letting the coach have full control over the shooters, w/o the ex-co's interference will only end up wif internal-strife and meritocracy, which i bet no student or teacher or school would wanna see.my msg hit 4. finally. 1 for chinese, 2 for humans, 2 for lang arts(double weightage), 8 for science, 9 for math. added up, 24. divided by 6, 4. which is borderline. but its only 4% of the whole year's results, so i dun think it matters a lot.these few days, i have been doing self-reflection, which explains why i havent been online and posting. i think my self-reflections were kinda useless. cos the theories i came up wif were a bit...negative.till the next time. :)
